Sword Fingers is a type of External Qigong. It's the initial energy healing technique for helping others that Chunyi Lin teaches to all of his Spring Forest Qigong students. A new research study by researchers from the University of Minnesota and one of the top Medical Centers in the US found that External Qigong, as practiced by Chunyi Lin, can help patients' chronic pain. It's a peer-reviewed study published in the August 2010 edition of the American Journal of Chinese Medicine.
