Lesson 43 of the Doctrine Series. God made provision for the redemption of the body along with all else He provided by redeeming us. This physical redemption will not take place however until the second coming of Jesus when the dead in Christ shall rise first! In this lesson we study firstly what the Scriptures teach about the resurrection in both the OT and the NT. Secondly we look at the nature of the resurrection and what our resurrected bodies shall be like! We then look briefly at the order of resurrection, from Christ the first-fruits, to the harvest of the church and through to the final or second resurrection.
