In this clip Ian Cross of Swimming Without Stress, explains some important points to remember with breast stroke. The fundamentals of this stroke were taught to us by Steven Shaw between 1997 - 99. Demonstrations are by Ian and Cheryl Cross. Prevention of instinctive tendencies which get in the way is our focus in teaching breast stroke.
